Pickup & Delivery

Who is actually cleaning my garments?

WaterStone Cleaners cleans your garments. We have served the Tulsa metro since 2006, with our own local team handling your dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and household items.

Is there a charge for delivery?

No. Pickup and delivery are free, there are no delivery fees, and there are no invoice minimums on our regular twice-a-week routes.

How often do you pick up and deliver?

We run routes twice a week. Your days are Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday depending on your location, and each route day is both a pickup day and a delivery day.

What are my route days for my area?

Your route days depend on your address — either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. Sign up at https://waterstonecleaners.smrtapp.com/custx/ or call/text 918-272-2424 and we will confirm the schedule for your street in Owasso, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Midtown, or Downtown Tulsa.

Which areas do you serve for delivery?

We deliver in Owasso, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Bixby, plus Midtown and Downtown Tulsa.

Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. You do not have to be home. Leave your bag in the agreed spot on your route day and we will pick it up and return your finished order to the same place.

What happens if I am not home or forget to put my bag out?

Nothing is charged and nothing is lost. We simply catch you on your next route day, or you can text 918-272-2424 to arrange a one-time pickup.

How do reminders and confirmations work?

We send a reminder text the evening before your route day — reply “Yes” if you have a pickup and “No” if you do not. You will also get confirmation texts around pickup and delivery.

How do I sign up for free pickup and delivery?

Sign up online at https://waterstonecleaners.smrtapp.com/custx/ — it takes about two minutes. If you prefer, text or call 918-272-2424 or email service@waterstonecleaners.com.

Can I get a one-time pickup without a regular route?

Yes. Text 918-272-2424 to arrange a one-time pickup. Same-day service is available Monday through Friday, subject to timing that day.

Do you accept coupons?

Ask us about current offers when you place your order — call or text 918-272-2424 and we will apply anything that fits. One standing offer never changes: law enforcement and their spouses receive 20% off cleaning services, and uniform cleanings are $5.

How do I get my shoes shined?

Mention shoe shine when you drop off or add a note with your pickup bag, and we will include it with your order. If you are unsure whether your shoes qualify, call or text 918-272-2424 first.

Do you practice responsible recycling?

Yes. We recycle hangers, plastic, and cardboard, and you can return your hangers with your next pickup for recycling.

Pricing, Payment & Turnaround

How much does dry cleaning cost?

Most everyday garments start at published “starting at” prices — for example, a laundered shirt starting at $3.95, pants or a blouse starting at $7.95, and a dress starting at $14.00. Final price can vary by fabric, size, construction, and care needed. See our Pricing page for the full list.

Why are prices “starting at” instead of exact?

Because two garments with the same name can need very different care — lining, trim, fabric, stains, and hand finishing all change the work. We quote a fair starting price up front and confirm the final price once we see the item.

What are my payment methods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. For route customers, charges are accumulated and billed to the card on file on the last business day of the month.

How fast is turnaround?

Route orders come back on your next scheduled route day in most cases. Same-day service is available Monday through Friday, subject to timing that day.

Services & Garment Care

What services does WaterStone offer?

Dry cleaning, shirt laundry, wash & fold, alterations, comforters, quilts and blankets, tablecloths and table linens, wedding gown cleaning and preservation, leather and suede, and uniform cleaning.

Do you use an environmentally friendly process?

Yes. Our cleaning is environmentally friendly and odorless, and we do not use perchloroethylene (perc).

Can you clean comforters, quilts, and blankets?

Yes. Comforters start at $39.50 and blankets start at $16.00, with final price varying by size, fill, fabric, and care needed. Bulky household items qualify for free pickup and delivery, so you do not have to wrestle them into your car.

Can you clean tablecloths and table linens?

Yes. Tablecloths start at $12.00. We also clean table runners, napkins, and place mats — a popular reset after holidays and events.

Do you clean and preserve wedding gowns?

Yes. Wedding gown cleaning starts at $150.00 and preservation starts at $100.00. Bring or send the gown in and tell us about any stains or delicate trim so we can plan the right care.

What about stains — should I treat a stain first?

Tell us about the stain and what caused it, and leave treatment to us where you can. Do not apply heat or iron over a stain before cleaning, and point the stain out with a note in your bag so our team treats it first.

Do you clean leather and suede?

Yes. A short leather jacket starts at $65.00 and a long leather jacket starts at $70.00, with final price varying by condition and care needed.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes — hems, zippers, buttons, and repairs. A pant hem with no cuff starts at $13.00. Alterations can ride along with a regular pickup and delivery order.

Is there a discount for law enforcement?

Yes. Law enforcement officers and their spouses receive 20% off cleaning services, and uniform cleanings are $5.
